So how do you keep the ball rolling?

Maintain your success. ONE Way for Good helps you continue to benefit from work with your personal coach. You enjoy knowledgeable guidance and direct support as you pursue new dreams and goals.

You make the call. This unique success maintenance program is client-initiated. You call your coach as the need arises, typically once a month—although if we haven’t heard from you in a while, we’ll check in. We also recognize that coaching will increase when you face new, significant opportunities.

You and your coach talk through your goals, your motivation, and your strategies. There aren’t assigned action items, but you’ll end each call with a clear sense of what to do next.
